Recipe - Apple Walnut Bread

6 cup All purpose flour
1 Three fourths cup Sugar
2 tablespoon Baking powder
2 One half teaspoon Salt
3 cup Milk
2 Eggs, beaten lightly
1 One half cup Golden raisins
1 One half cup Walnuts, coarsely chopped
2 cup Finely chopped apples
Mix flour, sugar, baking powder and salt. Beat the eggs lightly, add milk
and stir into the dry ingredients, blending well. Stir in raisins, nuts and
apples. Turn into 2 greased and floured loaf pans, 9x5x3 inches. Bake in
350F oven for 1 One fourth hour or until a wooden pick thrust into the center
comes out dry with no dough clinging.
