Recipe - Apple Spice Syrup

One fourth cup Brown sugar
2 tablespoon Cornstarch
One fourth teaspoon Allspice
1/8 teaspoon Nutmeg
1 Three fourths cup Apple juice
In a saucepan, combine brown sugar, cornstarch, allspice and nutmeg. Mix
well. Add juice. Cook and stir over medium heat until syrup is bubbly and
slightly thickened. Yield: 1 Three fourths cups. Source: A Taste of Home Magazine
