4 tablespoon Butter
2 lg Apples; peeled, cored,
cut or sliced up thin
3 tablespoon Sugar, brown
1 teaspoon Cinnamon, ground
6 Eggs
1 One half cup Milk
1 cup Flour
3 tablespoon Sugar
1 teaspoon Extract, vanilla
One half teaspoon Salt
One half teaspoon Cinnamon, ground
Melt butter in 9x13" baking pan in 375 degree oven. Arrange apples over
butter; return to oven until apples are soft (about 10 minutes).
Sprinkle apples with brown sugar, cinnamon. Combine remaining ingredients
in blender; pour over apples. Bake for 3040 minutes. Sprinkle with powered
sugar.
