Recipe - Apple Pecan Crumb Pie

6 lg Apples (I use Granny
Smith)
1 9" deep dish pie shell
1 cup Sugar
1 teaspoon Cinnamon
Three fourths cup Flour
One half cup Butter or margarine
1 cup Ground pecans

Pare apples; cut into slices and arrange in pie shell. Mix One half cup sugar
with cinnamon and sprinkle over apples. Sift One half cup sugar with flour; cut
in butter until crumbly. Add pecans and sprinkle over apples. Bake at 400
degrees for 4050 minutes.
