Recipe - Apple Peach Apricot Chutney

Ingredients:
Apple Peach Apricot Chutney recipe makes 6 Servings
5 md Green apples, cored, peeled,
chopped
1 cup Dried peaches
1 cup Dried apricots
One half cup Golden raisins
4 Cloves garlic, minced
2 cup Wine vinegar
2 One half cup Sugar
1 One half teaspoon Salt
One half teaspoon Red chili pepper, ground
Combine all ingredients in sauce pan and bring to boil. Reduce heat and
simmer for 30 minutes.
Place in food processer and lightly process so that there are chunks about
One half inch in size.
Place in glass container and let stand in refrigerator for at least 2 days.
