Recipe - Apple Kugel

1 cn Sliced apples (or 5 large
apples peeled and cut or sliced up
thin)
One fourth pound Melted butter
1 cup Sugar
2 Beaten eggs
Three fourths cup Flour
1 teaspoon Cinnamon
1/8 teaspoon Salt

Blend all ingredients well. Pour into greased 9 x 9 pan and bake at 375
for
50 minutes.
Variation: Try topping the kugel with cornflake crumbs mixed with cinnamon
and sugar or with pineapple slices sprinkled with sugar and cinnamon.
Serve Hot
