6 Three fourths pound APPLE SLICED #10
2 ounce FLOUR GEN PURPOSE 10LB
1 One half pound SUGAR; GRANULATED 10 LB
1 tablespoon CINNAMON GROUND 1 LB CN
1 teaspoon MACE GROUND
1. CHOP APPLES INTO One half INCH PIECES.
2. MIX TOGETHER CINNAMON, FLOUR, MACE AND SUGAR.
3. ADD TO APPLES; MIX WELL.
NOTE: 1. THIS FILLING MAY BE USED IN A VARIETY OF SWEET DOUGH PRODUCTS.
