Recipe - Apple Dapple

3 Eggs
2 cup Sugar
1 One half cup Oil
3 cup Flour
1 teaspoon Salt
1 teaspoon Soda
1 teaspoon Cinnamon
2 teaspoon Vanilla
1 cup Nuts; chopped fine
3 cup Chopped raw apples
TOPPING
1 Stick butter
1 cup Brown sugar
One fourth cup Milk
1 cn Coconut
Cream eggs, sugar and oil. Sift together flour, salt, soda and cinnamon.
Combine egg mixture with sifted dry ingredients. Stir in vanilla, nuts and
apples. Pour into greased 13 x 9 inch pan and bake 45 minutes at 350
degrees. Cook topping ingredients 2 One half minutes and pour over hot cake.
