Recipe - Apple Cookie Sheet Cake

CAKE
1 One half cup Canola oil
2 cup Sugar
3 cup Apples; fresh chopped
3 Eggs
3 cup Flour
One half teaspoon Salt
1 teaspoon Vanilla
One half teaspoon Butter flavoring; optional
1 teaspoon Baking soda
FROSTING
8 ounce Cream cheese
1 teaspoon Vanilla
8 tablespoon Margarine
4 cup Powdered sugar
CAKE: Put all ingredients in a bowl and mix at once. Pour into 11 x 16
jelly roll pan. Bake at 325ø for 3545 min. ICING: Mix together. Spread
over cooled cake.
