Recipe - Apple Cider Stew In Crock Pot

Ingredients:

1 pound Beef or venison stew meat;
(up to 2)
8 Carrots; cut or sliced up thin
6 Potatoes; cut or sliced up thin
2 Apples; chopped
2 teaspoon Salt
One half teaspoon Thyme
2 tablespoon Minced onion
2 cup Apple cider

Place carrots, potatoes, and apples in crock pot. Add meat and sprinkle
with salt, thyme, and onion. Pour cider over meat and cover. Cook on low
heat 1012 hours. Thicken gravy.
