One fourth cup Apple juice; frozen
concentrate, thawed
2 tablespoon Chopped fresh parsley
2 tablespoon Finely shredded apple
3 tablespoon Light sour cream
3 tablespoon Water
2 tablespoon Cider vinegar
1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
One fourth teaspoon Salt
1/8 teaspoon Pepper
Mix all ingredients with fork or wire whisk. About 1 cup dressing
