Recipe - Apple Cake With Icing

CAKE
3 Large Eggs
2 cup Sugar
1 teaspoon Soda
2 teaspoon Vanilla
3 cup Cored, Peeled, Diced Apples
1 One half cup Oil
3 cup Flour
1 teaspoon Salt
1 cup Pecans

ICING
4 ounce (1 cube) Margarine
One fourth cup Milk
1 cup Packed Brown Sugar

Mix all cake ingredients together and pour into 9 x 13inch oblong pan.
Bake at 350 degrees F. for 45 minutes or until cake tester comes out clean
when inserted in center of cake.

Cook icing ingredients in small saucepan 2 One half minutes and pour over warm
cake.
