Ingredients:
Apple Cake 2 recipe makes 12 Servings
1 cup Sugar
2 cup Diced apples
1 Beaten egg
One half cup Vegetable oil
1 One half cup Flour
1 teaspoon Baking soda
One half teaspoon Cinnamon
One half teaspoon Salt
Mix in order. Pour into a greased 8"x8" pan. Bake until toothpick
inserted comes out clean. Bake 350F 30 minutes
