Recipe - Apple Cake (Flourless)

Ingredients:

4 Grated apples
5 Egg yolks
5 teaspoon Sugar
8 ounce Grated nuts
Juice of one lemon
Raisins
1 Full tsp.
Dry yeast

Mix all ingredients. Beat egg whites to stiff peaks and add them carefully
to the mixture. Bake as any cake in a floured, oiled pan.
