Recipe - Apple Butter Pumkin Pie

1 cup Pumpkin; canned
3 Eggs; slightly beaten
1 cup Apple butter
1 cn Milk, evaporated; 5 One half oz.
Three fourths cup Brown sugar; packed
1/3 cup Milk
One half teaspoon Salt
1 9" Pastry shell
One half teaspoon Cinnamon
Thoroughly combine pumpkin, apple butter, brown sugar, salt and cinnamon.
Blend in eggs, evaporated milk and milk. Turn into unbaked pastry shell.
Bake in 400' oven for 4550 minutes or until knife inserted just offcenter
comes out clean. Cool and serve with "Cool Whip" or ice cream.
