Recipe - Apple Butter 5

18 cup Apple pulp
1 cup Apple cider vinegar
8 cup Sugar; if apples are tart
Less if apples are sweet
4 tablespoon Cinnamon; or more if needed
Quarter apples and cook until mushy. Put through colander or food mill
until you get 18 cups of pulp. Put all ingredients in saucepot and cook on
medium for 34 hours, or til thickened, stirring frequently. Put in jars
and seal immediately.
