Recipe - Apple Blossom Cake

1 One half cup Oil
3 cup Flour (don't sift)
1 teaspoon Soda
One half teaspoon Cloves
One half teaspoon Nutmeg
One half teaspoon Cinnamon
2 cup Sugar
3 Eggs
1 teaspoon Salt
1 teaspoon Vanilla
3 cup Chopped apples; unpeeled
Mix all ingredients except apples with mixer. Fold in apples. Bake in Bundt
pan at 350 for 1 hour 15 minutes. Grease & flour pan very well so apples
won't stick.
