Recipe - Apple Blackberry Crunch

4 lg Apples 2 each red and
green; (jonagold & granny
smith)
1 cup Granola
One half cup Rolled oats
One half cup Chopped nuts
One half cup Brown sugar
1 teaspoon Cinnamon
One half cup Margarine
1 tablespoon Lemon juice
One half cup Apple/pecan syrup
One half cup Sugar
2 tablespoon Flour
1 teaspoon Cinnamon
2 cup Blackberry
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Grease deep 2quart or 9x13 baking dish. Peel,
core, and cut apples into One fourth inch slices. Layer in dish
green/red/green/red. Mix syrup and lemon juice, pour evenly over apples.
Combine granola, oats, nuts, brown sugar and cinnamon cut in butter until
resembles coarse crumbs. Combine sugar, flour and cinnamon sprinkle 1/2
of mixture over apples. Spread evenly with blackberries, sprinkle remaining
flour mixture over berries. Cover completely with granola mixture. Bake
4045 minutes or until apples are tender when pierced with a knife. Serve
warm with heavy cream or yogurt for breakfast, or with ice cream or whipped
cream for dessert. Serves 810
