Recipe - Apple Almond Wheat Bread Stuffing

2 cup Chopped Granny Smith apples;
(1 lg. apple)
1 One half cup Sliced almonds
Three fourths cup Chopped onion
Three fourths cup Chopped celery
4 tablespoon Margarine
Put all ingredients above in pan and saute. Stir in 1 teaspoon cinnamon,
One half teaspoon poultry seasoning, One fourth teaspoon salt, and toss with 6 cups of
bread cubes. Then add 1 cup raisins, 1 beaten egg, and One half cup cider or
apple juice. Put in greased 9x5 inch loaf pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 30
minutes.
