Ingredients:
Apple-Sausage Oven Pancake recipe makes 3 Servings
1 pack Brown & serve link sausages
1 Egg
1 cup Bisquick
One half cup Chopped pared apple
One half teaspoon Ground cinnamon
Maple syrup
One half cup Milk
Heat oven 450. Grease 8x8x2" baking dish. Brown sausages as directed on
pkg. Beat Bisquick, cinnamon, milk and egg with hand beater until smooth.
Stir in apple. Pour in dish; arrange sausages on top. Bake until light
brown, 20 25 min. Serve with syrup. High Altitude: Heat oven to 475
