Recipe - Apple-Sage Chutney

1/3 cup Onion; thinly cut or sliced up
2 One half pound Apple; tart, coarsely
chopped
1 cup Apple cider; or apple juice
One half cup Light brown sugar; packed
1/3 cup Dried cherries
One half cup Golden raisins
1/3 cup Dates; chopped
6 tablespoon White wine vinegar
2 Cloves garlic; minced
One half cup Sage; chopped
