Recipe - Apple-Date Cream Cake

2 cup Flour
1 cup Sugar
1 One half teaspoon Soda
1 teaspoon Salt
1 teaspoon Cinnamon
One half teaspoon Allspice
2 Eggs; slightly beaten
1 cn (21oz) apple pie filling
One half cup Oil
1 teaspoon Vanilla
1 cup Chopped dates
1 cup Chopped nuts
Cool whip

Combine first 6 ingredients; stir gently. Combine next 4 ingredients; mix
well and stir into dry ingredients. Stir in dates and nuts. Pour into a
greased and floured 13x92inch pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes.
Cool. Top with Cool Whip or whipped cream.
