Recipe - Apple-Cranberry Crisp (Lf)

Ingredients:

4 Granny Smith apples; each
cut into eight wedges
One half cup Dried cranberries
3 tablespoon Apple juice
One fourth cup Allpurpose flour
One fourth cup Oldfashioned rolled oats
1/3 cup Firmly packed brown sugar
Three fourths teaspoon Ground cinnamon
One fourth teaspoon Ground nutmeg
1 One half tablespoon Reducedcalorie margarine;
chilled cut into small
pieces
Vegetable cooking spray

Preheat oven to 375F. Combine first 3 ingredients (through apple juice) in
a bowl. Toss well and set aside.

Combine flour and next 4 ingredients (through nutmeg) in another bowl. Cut
in margarine with a pastry blender until the mixture resembles coarse meal.

Place apple mixture in an 8inch square baking dish coated with cooking
spray; sprinkle evenly with flour mixture. Lightly coat top with cooking
spray. Cover and bake at 375F for 30 minutes. Uncover and bake an
additional 20 minutes or until apples are tender. Serves 6. [Per serving
