Recipe - Apple-Cinnamon Scones

One half cup Flour
One half cup Whole wheat flour
1 One half teaspoon Baking powder
One half teaspoon Cinnamon
1/3 cup Butter
1 cup Quickcooking rolled oats
1 small Apple; peeled, cored and
chopped
2 Egg whites
2 tablespoon Apple juice or skim milk
2 tablespoon Honey

In mixing bowl stir together flours, baking powder and cinnamon. Cut in
butter till mixture resembles coarse crumbs. Stir in oats and apple. Add
egg whites, apple juice and honey. Mix well. Dough will be stick.
Spray a baking sheet with nonstick coating. With floured hands, pat dough
into a 7" circle on baking sheet. Cut into 12 wedges using a long
thinblade spatula. Brush tops with alittle milk. Bake at 400 for 1012
minutes until golden. Serve warm.
