Recipe - Apple-Cinnamon-Whole-Wheat-Oatmeal Bread

1 1/3 cup Apple juice
2 tablespoon Orange juice concentrate
1 tablespoon Honey
1 One half teaspoon Salt
One half teaspoon Cinnamon
1/3 cup Diced apple
One fourth cup Wheat gluten
3 One fourth cup Wholewheat flour
One half cup Oats (I used quick)
3 teaspoon Yeast
Mix in the order recommended by your breadmaker. This uses the
powderedmilk white/wheat setting on the Black & Decker. This makes a
goodsized loaf, and it has a lovely aroma. The apple pieces are
indistinguishable at the end (the bread maker must blend them up).
