Three fourths cup Sugar
Three fourths cup Cider vinegar
2 One half cup Drained canned apple slices
1 cn (1lb.) drained cut or sliced up or
tiny whole beets
1/3 cup Horseradish
In a deep bowl, dissolve Three fourths cup sugar in Three fourths cup cider vinegar. Add 2 1/2
cups drained canned apple slices and 1 (1lb.) can drained cut or sliced up or tiny
whole beets and 1/3 cup horseradish. Cover and chill overnight. Good with
broiled chicken, steak or roast beef. Makes 8 to 10 servings.
