Ingredients:
Annies Lemon Surprise Pudding recipe makes 1 Servings
2 Lemons
2 Eggs
1 pt Milk
1 small Cart creme fraiche
Butter
Caster sugar
Self raising flour
Beat the sugar and butter with lemon rind. Beat in 2 yolks, one at a
time. Fold in the flour, alternating with the milk and lemon juice.
Whisk in the egg whites, fold in the mixture may look curdled.
Bake in One half pint pie dish or buttered ramekin dishes Bake at 180C for
about 4045 minutes.
Serve hot or cold with creme fraiche.
