1 One half teaspoon Salt
2 tablespoon Brown sugar
1 One half tablespoon Nonfat dry milk powder
1 One half tablespoon Applesauce*
1/3 cup Raisins
1 teaspoon Ground cinnamon
1 One half teaspoon Yeast*
FOR 1LB LOAF

Place in bread pan. Select light crust setting. *Welbilt/Dak 1 One half pound
machines take 2 teaspoons. Recipe calls for 1 One half T butter...I use
applesauce. Not too moist. Hold back some water to begin with. Flavor
outstanding. Very moist, but not soggy. Use Instant active yeast 1 Three fourths t
for large loaf.
