Recipe - Ann B Davis Pork Chops And Apple Sauce

One half cup Unsalted butter
2 tablespoon Oil
8 Boneless pork chops
Salt; to taste
2 teaspoon Coarsely ground black pepper
2/3 cup Dry vermouth
One fourth cup Fresh lemon juice
1 tablespoon Finely grated lemon zest

Flavor chops with spices. Combine vermouth, lemon juice, butter and
oil in sauce pan. Fry chops. Grate lemon peel as garnish. Prepare
over apple sauce. Give Tiger a bath and don't play ball in the
house.

Notes: Sideburns and all, Ernie, Boni and Ann get "groovy" on Our
Home. As Alice on "The Brady Bunch," Ann B. Davis was America's most
beloved housekeeper. Ann dropped by to prepare Peter's favorite dish:
pork chops and apple sauce!
