Recipe - Angle Food Desert

Categories: None, Angle Food Desert
Ingredients:

1 Angle food cake; torn into
chunks
1 Container fresh
strawberries, cut or sliced up
1 Box (small) sugar free Jello
white chocolate pudding mix
1 cup Milk (can be skim)
One half cup Sour cream (can be fat free)
8 ounce Cool Whip (can be fat free
or light)

This is an angle food based desert that we have had at the end of our
aerobics session. So we KNOW it can't be fattening, right?

Mix the pudding with the milk, then mix in the sour cream. Fold in Cool
Whip. Place One half of the angel food chunks in the bottom of a bowl. Cover
with One half of the cut or sliced up strawberries. Cover strawberries with One half pudding
mix. Repeat with cake chunks, balance of strawberries and rest of pudding
mix. Refrigerate for a couple of hours before serving. It is really good
and I ate the whole bowl myself (over a weekend, that is.)
