Recipe - Angelunas Thai Rice Noodle And Sauce

6 ounce Rice noodles
2 ounce Sesame oil
6 Gulf shrimp
1 Egg
3 ounce Julienne veggies
2 ounce Firm tofu; cubbed
1 ounce Basil mint cilantro
4 ounce Reserve sauce
FOR SAUCE
2 tablespoon Chopped garlic
2 tablespoon Chopped shallots
1/3 cup Catsup
1 cup Fish sauce; available at
most
; asian food stores
1/3 cup Sambal
1 cup White vinegar
1 cup Sugar
GARNISH
Lime wedges
Toasted peanuts
Scallions
Bean sprouts
1. Mix all sauce ingredients together and chill.
2. PreHeat sesame oil in wok
3. After sauce has chilled and wok has heated, add shrimp and tofu.
Stirfry.
4. Add sauce.
5. Add noodles, veggies and egg. Stirfry together.
6. Add herbs, cook until noodles are soft.
7. Place in bowl and top with garnish.
