Recipe - Angel Wings

5 Egg Yokes
1 Egg
3 tablespoon Sugar
2 teaspoon Vinegar
1 teaspoon Vanilla
1 Three fourths cup Flour
1 bn Powdered Sugar

Use 1 1/3 cup four to start. Add more for desired consistency. Mix
ingredients together. roll out thin 1/8" thick. cut into long rectangles.
Cut 2" slit in center. Pull on end of dough through slit cut. Fry in 350
degree shortening (crisco). Roll in powdered sugar.
