Recipe - Angel Hair Pasta With Cilantro Sun-Dried Tomatoes And Feta

8 ounce "Bella" sundried tomatoes
in oil; coarsely chopped
2 tablespoon Olive oil; from tomatoes
8 ounce Feta cheese; crumbled
1 bn Fresh cilantro; coarsely
chopped
4 ounce Angel hair pasta; cooked

Combine first 3 ingredients and set aside. Cook pasta according to
directions and toss with the tomatoes, cilantro and feta cheese. Serve warm
or cold.

NOTES : From a recipe leaflet that came with a jar of "Bella" brand
sundried tomatoes.
