Recipe - Angel Hair Appetizer

1 pound Sundried tomatoes packed
In oil
With One fourth cup of oil from
Jar
1 pound Feta cheese crumbled
2 bn Fresh cilantro or parsley
Coarsely chopped
8 ounce Angel hair pasta

Combine first 3 ingredients and set aside. Cook pasta till al dente, the
drain and toss with sauce. Serve warm or cold. Serves 8 as appetizer or
side dish.
