Ingredients:
Angel Food Cake Topping recipe makes 1 Servings
1 Egg white
1 cup Sugar
1 pack (10oz) frozen strawberries,
*, half thawed
*(you may use red raspberries) Combine all ingredients. Beat in electric
mixer for at least 30 minutes. Makes a delicious topping for a white cake.
But 30 minutes? Thank goodness for stand mixers. :))
