One half Box anicini di pepe macaroni
2 cn Crushed pineapple in juice;
20 ounce each
2 cn Mandarin oranges in juice;
11 ounce each
1 Jar maraschino cherries
12 ounce Cool Whip Lite
Three fourths cup Sugar
One half cup Egg Beaters 99% egg
substitute
3 tablespoon Cornstarch

Drain all fruit juices into a saucepan. Add sugar, egg substitute &
cornstarch. Stir together & cook on medium heat, stirring constantly, until
thick. Cook macaroni according to package directions. Drain & combine hot
macaroni & sauce. Cool at least 4 hours. Fold in drained fruit & Cool
Whip.
