Ingredients:
Ancho Salsa - 1 recipe makes 20 Servings
4 Ancho chiles; dried
1 cup Orange juice
2 Red peppers; roasted and
peeled
1 Clove garlic
1 teaspoon Salt
Soak ancho peppers in hot water for 15 minutes. Place ancho peppers,
orange juice, bell peppers, garlic and salt in food processor and
process for 2 minutes. Serve over grilled chicken or fish. May be
served with chips.
