Recipe - Anadama Oatmeal Bread

1 One half Lb Loaf:; 2 Lb Loaf:
One fourth cup Oatmeal; 1/3 Cup
1/8 cup Cornmeal; 3 Tbl
1 1/8 cup Boiling water; 1 One half Cup
2 tablespoon Butter; Or Vegetable, 3 Tbl
2 tablespoon Molasses; 3 Tbl
1 cup Whole wheat flour; 1 One fourth Cup
2 cup Bread Flour; 2 One half Cups
One fourth cup Dry milk; 1/3 Cup
2 tablespoon Gluten Flour, 100%; 3 Tbl
1 One half teaspoon Salt; 2 Tsp
1 One half teaspoon Active dry yeast; 2 tsp
Add oatmeal and cornmeal to heat proof bowl. Pour in boiling water,
stirring to prevent lumps. Let mixture cool for ten minutes. Stir, pour in
bread pan, and add rest of ingredients in order listed. The book says that
they used the basic bread setting on the machine. I hope it is good.
