Recipe - Amish Peach Pie

Ingredients:
Amish Peach Pie recipe makes 1 Servings
4 cup Peaches; peeled and cut or sliced up
One half cup Sugar
One fourth teaspoon Salt
2 One half tablespoon Tapioca
1 9" unbaked pie shell
CRUMBS
2 One half tablespoon Butter or margerine; melted
One fourth cup Flour
One half teaspoon Cinnamon
1/3 cup Brown sugar
Mix together gently, peaches, sugar, salt and tapioca. Let belnd for 5
minutes before spooning into pie shell. Mix crumb ingredients well and
sprinkle over pie shell.
Bake at 425 degrees F. for 45 to 50 minutes.
