Recipe - American Lamb Cassoulet

10 ounce Canned minced tomatoes with
green chiles
One half cup Scallions; cut or sliced up
1 Clove garlic; minced
1 teaspoon Beef bouillon granules
1 teaspoon Italian herb seasoning;
crushed
1 cup Tomato sauce
Three fourths pound Lamb shoulder; cut into 3/4
inch cubes
1 md Zucchini; halved lengthwise
and cut or sliced up
1 pound Canned Great Northern beans;
drained
Prep: 10 min, Cook: 15 min.
Combine all ingredients, except zucchini and beans, in a microwave
casserole. Cover and microwave on high 3 minutes. Remove cover and stir.
Continue to microwave another 4 minutes. Stir in zucchini and beans and
microwave another 67 minutes, until meat is cooked throughout.
