Recipe - Amaretto Freeze

1/3 cup Amaretto
1 tablespoon Brown sugar
1 qt Vanilla ice cream; softened
Combine amaretto and brown sugar, stirring until sugar dissolves. Process
amaretto mixture and ice cream in a blender until smooth, stopping once to
scrape down sides. Pour into 6 individual freezerproof serving dishes;
cover and freeze overnight. Makes 6 servings. This can also be spooned into
