Recipe - Altas English Toffee

1 cup Sugar
3 T Water
14 ounce Chocolate bar
1 cup Butter
1 t Vanilla
1 cup Chopped nuts
Cook sugar, water, butter, and vanilla together until it is bubbling
and is nearly to hard ball stage. Pour sugar mixture on foil fitted
on a a cookie sheet. Spread One half of the chocolated (grated) over it
and One half of the nuts. Turn foil over quickly onto another foil
covered cookie sheet and cover with remaining chocolate and nuts.
Cool, then hit with the handle of a knife to break into pieces.
