Recipe - Aloo Paranthe

Ingredients:

NONE

8 ounce chapatti flour 4 fl ounce warm water 2 fl ounce ghee (clarified
butter) One half pound potatoes, cooked and crushed 1 onion 2 ounce clarified
butter One half tsp garlic powder One half tsp ginger powder

1 Mix flour with water and ghee, to make a soft dough. Leave to rest
for One half an hour.

2 Fry the onion, add spices, take off heat and add potatoes, salt and
pepper. Mix well.

3 Take a small ball of dough, make a small hole and stuff with potato
mixture. Turn over and roll to 6cm circle. Fry in a little clarified
butter for a few minutes.
