Recipe - Almond-Chicken Pear Salad

2 cup Cooked chicken breasts; cut
in 1/2inch
Cubes
One half cup Green pepper; cut or sliced up
lengthwise
One fourth cup Diced celery
One fourth teaspoon Seasoned salt
One half cup Lowfat plain yogurt
2 tablespoon Reducedcalorie mayonnaise
One half teaspoon Prepared mustard
One fourth teaspoon Ground ginger
2 Fresh NW Pears; Comice,
Anjou or
Bosc cored and cut in 1inch
cubes
Lettuce
2 tablespoon Toasted slivered almonds
Toss together chicken, green pepper and celery. Sprinkle with seasoned
salt. Combine yogurt, mayonnaise, mustard and ginger; add to chicken
mixture. Gently mix in pears. Serve on individual lettucelined salad
plates. Sprinkle with almonds.
