Recipe - All Corn Muffins

1 cup Cornmeal
2 teaspoon Baking powder
One half teaspoon Baking soda
1 teaspoon Salt
B
2 Eggs
One fourth cup Corn oil
1 cup Sour cream
1 cup Creamed corn
Preheat oven to 400 and prepare pan
In a large bowl combine "A" well. Add "B" and combine well. Spoon into
prepared pan. Bake for 25 min. Check for doneness via the toothpick test.
Remove from pan and cool on wire rack. For bread, let cool in pan 10 min.
before moving to rack.
