Recipe - All-Purpose Barbecue Sauce

One fourth cup Salad oil
2 tablespoon Soy sauce
One fourth cup Bourbon; sherry, or wine
1 teaspoon Garlic powder
Pepper; freshly ground, to
taste
Combine all ingredients and pour over meat. Marinate in refrigerator. Also
use to baste meat as you cook it. Good on red meat, fish or chicken.
