Recipe - All-Dressed Spaghetti

Categories: Pastanoodle, All-Dressed Spaghetti
Ingredients:

2 tablespoon Vegetable oil
1 Onion, chopped
1 One fourth cup Mushrooms, cut or sliced up
1 cup Pepperoni, cut or sliced up
1 Sweet green pepper, chopped
1 One half teaspoon Dried oregano
14 ounce Canned tomato sauce
One fourth teaspoon Salt
One fourth teaspoon Pepper
Three fourths pound Spaghetti

In skillet, heat oil ove medium heat; cook onion, mushrooms, pepperoni,
green pepper and oregano, stirring often, for 5 minutes or until onion is
softened.

Add tomato sauce, salt and pepper; cook for 3 minutes or until boiling.

Meanwhile, in large pot of boiling salted water, cook spaghetti for 810
minutes or until tender but firm. Drain well and return to pot.

Add sauce; toss to coat well.

Per serving: About 605 calories, 20 g protein, 24 g fat, 77 g carbohydrate,
very high in fibre, good source iron.
