Recipe - Alexis Smiths Corn Pudding

2 cup Canned whole kernel corn;
drained
4 ounce Can green chili peppers;
drained/cubed
One fourth pound Cheddar cheese; grated
1 cup Milk
One half teaspoon Salt
3 Eggs; beaten
Mix ingredients in the order given. Turn into a greased 1One half qt. baking
dish and set in a shallow pan of hot water. Bake in preheated 350° oven for
about 1 hour, or until set. Serve hot or cold. Great with barbecued chicken
