1 1/3 ounce Baileys Irish cream, 4 ounce milk, 1 egg, 1 dash lemon juice, 1 tsp sugar syrup
Combine the Baileys irish cream, milk, egg yolk, lemon juice and sugar syrup in a cocktail shaker halffilled with ice cubes. Shake well, strain into a cocktail glass, and serve.
