1 ounce white rum, One half ounce cream sherry, 1 ounce fresh lemon juice, 1 tsp anisette
Pour the white rum, cream sherry and fresh lemon juice into a cocktail shaker halffilled with ice cubes. Shake well, strain into a cocktail glass rimmed with anisette, and serve.
